Our program was designed to be consistent with the requirements for ABET, which accredits engineering programs around the world. While the program is not currently accredited, we plan to pursue accreditation at a later date. In the meantime, based on the success of our current students in the minor in Applied Sciences and Engineering, we anticipate that our graduates in the BS in Applied Sciences will be successful in obtaining engineering positions in industry and gaining admission to engineering graduate programs.
