Hoss Eybposh: Precise, fast and efficient multiphoton excitation of 3D structures with deep learning accelerated computer generated holography

Wednesday, February 17, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Join us for our weekly Zoom research talk. This week we welcome APS graduate student Hoss Eybposh, Pégard Lab, to present “Precise, fast and efficient multiphoton excitation of 3D structures with deep learning accelerated computer generated holography.”

We will present our recent results on precise multiphoton excitation of 3D volumes, and introduce our Open-source DeepCGH software. Attendees are invited to bring their laptops for an interactive research talk in which they will have the opportunity to test our deep learning algorithm during the presentation. The live demo will be guided by the speaker, and computation will be performed remotly using Google Collab notebooks.
